"Hamitbach" Restaurant

"Hamitbach" Restaurant (The Kitchen Restaurant) was opened in the wake of the TV show The Kitchen, orchestrated by well-known chef Ezra Kedem. The big winner of the show, chef Sahar Raphael, received the management of the restaurant as first prize in the competition.
"Hamitbach" Restaurant is a Mediterranean fusion restaurant, combining the aromas and flavors of modern cuisine with touches and aromas from the Oriental cuisine.
The restaurant is intended for families and individuals alike, tourists and Israelis who are at the hotel and staying in Eilat.
Location and Opening Hours
The restaurant is located on the Herods Eilat Promenade in the Cardo Complex – the hotel’s shopping complex.
The restaurant seats 60 indoors and another 20 in the open-air patio area.
The restaurant is open daily between the hours of 18:30 and 23:00, apart from Fridays.
The restaurant is kosher.
